Static Salon requires a valid credit card to be put on a secured file for all appointments. Your card will not be charged at time of booking, but in the case of a Late cancellation (within 24 hours of your appointment) or "No Show", an automatic charge of the lowest rate of the service will result. If you choose not to leave a credit card on file, we would be happy to have you as our guest on a walk-in basis, but are unable to guarantee an appointment.
Static Salon accepts: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Static Salon Gift Cards, and Pure Privilege Gift Certificates (American Express and personal checks are no longer accepted). Gratuities are not permitted on credit cards or gift cards.
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange of another product.
Gratuities are not included in the price of any services. We do not permit gratuities to be left on credit cards or gift cards. However, if you choose to leave a tip, you may write your service provider a personal check for gratuity only (not for service) or leave cash.
Reservation Policy
Gift Cards and Certificates
Static Salon Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable as cash. There is no expiration on Static Salon gift cards. Pure Privilege Gift Certificates are ONLY valid for single use towards AVEDA salon/spa services by Pure Privilege member (ID will be required at checkout). Static Salon does not accept AVEDA Gift Cards.
Please be aware that there may be another appointment scheduled after your service, therefore a late arrival may subtract time away from your service. It is suggested that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow for proper check-in.
We ask that you please do not bring young children and infants into the salon unless they have an appointment or responsible adult to watch after them.
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you please silence your cell phones and use headphones for your electronic devices while in the salon.
Static Salon does not share any information received with any third party. Credit Cards held on file are safely secured.
