DUE TO COVID-19, WE ASK THAT IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY COLD OR FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR AT LEAST TWO WEEKS OUT. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED.
Static Salon requires a valid credit card to be put in a secured file for all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, WE GET THINGS HAPPEN, and are willing to work with you but keep in mind late cancellations (within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment) or "No Show", are subject to be charged 50 PERCENT of the scheduled service. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled for future guests.
DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE IMPLEMENTING A NO TOUCH CHECKOUT. A CREDIT CARD WILL BE REQUIRED ON ALL GUESTS AND A RECEIPT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. WE HAVE ALSO UPDATED OUR CREDIT CARD SYSTEM TO ALLOW APPLE PAY AND WIFI PAY.
Static Salon accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (Personal Checks are no longer accepted). Gratuities are not permitted on credit cards or gift cards.
DUE TO COVID-19, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED AT THIS TIME. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you purchase an Aveda product here and don't like it, bring it back within 7 days and we will exchange it for something you do like or refund your money with a receipt. We don't like paying for stuff we don't like either and we really do want to keep you happy. On the other hand, if you bring back something that's all but empty and tell us you didn't like it, we're probably going to look at you funny. We take unhappy customers very seriously.
Refunds are NOT given on services rendered. However, if you are unhappy with your service(s), you must contact us within 7 days with your concerns and we will do everything possible to make sure you are happy.
Children in the Salon
DUE TO COVID-19, AT THIS TIME WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE ANY CHILD UNDER 12. IF YOUR CHILD OVER THE AGE OF 12 HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ONLY ONE ADULT MAY ACCOMPANY THEM AND MAY BE ASKED TO WAIT IN THE CAR.
Children are not allowed on the styling floor unless they are having a service performed. Don't get the wrong idea; we love kids, we have kids, but the salon is not a good place for them. The last thing we want is to drop a bowl of hair color, a pair of scissors, or a hot flat iron into your baby's lap. Pricing for children's services is generally below that of adults, but if your child has a full head of thick hair they will be charged adult pricing because the length of time it takes to perform the service is the same as an adult.
Gift Cards and Pure Privilege Gift Certificates
Static Salon Gift Cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. There is no expiration on Static Salon Gift Cards. You can purchase Static Salon Gift Cards at the salon or online by clicking on the link.
Pure Privilege Gift Certificates are ONLY valid for single use on AVEDA service and cannot be redeemed for Brazilian services, hair extensions, or any non-AVEDA service. It can only be redeemed by the Pure Privilege member the gift certificate is issued to (ID will be required at checkout). Static Salon does not accept AVEDA Gift Cards
DUE TO COVID-19, PLEASE USE VENMO OR ZELLE YOUR STYLIST DIRECTLY. THE FRONT DESK WIL NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH FOR GRATUITIES.
Gratuities are not included in the price of any services. We do not permit gratuities to be left on credit cards or gift cards. However, if you choose to leave a tip, you may write your service provider a personal check, cash or Venmo for gratuity only.
Late Arrival/Scheduled Services
DUE TO COVID-19, WE MUST CONDENSE OUR APPOINTMENT TIMES. WE CAN NO LONGER SERVICE MORE THAN ONE GUEST PER STYLIST TO ENSURE WE MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES.
WE CAN'T CHANGE YOU INTO A GOWN AT THIS TIME. A CAPE AND TOWEL WILL BE DRAPED OVER YOU AND WASHED IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE. PLEASE WEAR SOMETHING YOU ARE COMFORTABLE IN IF YOUR GARMENT WERE TO GET WET.
ONLY TWO SERVICES WILL BE ALLOWED AT ONE TIME. MEANING WE CAN'T DO A COLOR/HAIRCUT AND A BLOW DRY FINISH. OR A HIGHLIGHT WITH COLOR AND A HAIRCUT. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A BLOW DRY OR FINISH WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT.
HAIR EXTENSIONS OR BRAZILIAN BLOW-OUT SMOOTHING TREATMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED ON CASE BY CASE BASIS.
WE UNDERSTAND THE INCONVENIENCE OF THIS POLICY, BUT WE MUST IMPLEMENT THIS TO BE ABLE TO FIT EVERYONE IN AND TO CONTINUE FOLLOWING STATE BOARD GUIDELINES. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 10 MINUTES LATE.
Electronic Devices/Personal Items
DUE TO COVID-19, WE ASK THAT YOU BRING MINIMAL ITEMS TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES. WE SUGGEST ONLY A WALLET TO PROTECT YOU AND OUR STYLISTS.
As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you please silence your cell phones and use headphones for your electronic devices while in the salon. If you need to make a phone call while you are receiving a service we ask that you please use your inside voice so the whole salon does not have to listen to your private conversation.
